Life is full of seasons—some warm and full of joy, others cold and marked by loss. But every season has a purpose. Recently, I recorded a heartfelt episode about how the transitions we face, though painful, often lead to new beginnings.
In this episode, I share personal experiences from recent years when my life changed completely. I’ve walked through loss—of loved ones, friendships, and even parts of my identity. But through it all, God has shown me that just as spring follows winter, new growth follows times of sorrow.
Here are a few reflections from the episode:
- Change is part of God’s design. The hardest seasons often prepare us for the most beautiful ones.
- Hidden growth is still growth. Just because you can’t see progress doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.
- New beginnings require letting go. We can’t embrace what God has ahead if we’re holding tightly to what has passed.
If you’re in a difficult season, I want you to know you’re not alone. Your spring is coming.
